In a visionary move, the Africa Industrialization Group Inc. (Canada) in a joint Partnership with Censored Consult, AI-Group Inc. Holdings Ltd (Rwanda)Foodrica Inc. (Canada) and relevant partners will chart an unprecedented course by spearheading the establishment of an exclusive international parliamentary body – CAIP-TIRLR. This groundbreaking initiative seeks to not only fortify diplomatic, economic, and cultural bonds between Canada and Africa but set a distinctive precedent in the realm of international parliamentary collaboration, between Canada and African Parliaments. The ‘inter-parliamentary’ forum envisions itself as a trailblazing platform, uniquely positioned to catalyze partnerships, transcending the conventional paradigms of international relations to a more robust and detailed framework for inter-parliamentary synergies. This alliance is not merely a partnership; it is a symphony of creativity, an ode to sociocultural diversity of both Canada and Africa, and a testament to the limitless possibilities that exist within the scope of international cooperation.

Another focus will prioritize constituency project and infrastructure development; this inter-parliamentary mainstreaming retreat will central discussions around constituency project implementation process, financing, stakeholders’ impact and assessment. Also, this typically refers to the technical structures that support constituencies’ prosperity and economic development such as roads, water supply, sewers, electrical grids, telecommunications, etc. This may also be defined as the physical components of inter-related systems providing commodities and services essential to enable, sustain, or enhance living conditions of local people. From a functional perspective, infrastructure facilitates the production of goods and services and also the distribution of finished products to end users (markets), and basic social services such as schools and hospitals.

There is no gainsaying that the legislature is an embodiment of democracy more than all other organs of government, because of the increasing roles it plays in a democratic process. The legislature was once thought to possess the power to make a man a woman and a woman to be a man. This pre-supposes the enormous power the legislature has as an institution of the state, mandated to make laws for society as a whole. This institution is the core ingredient of democratic politics and the real meaning of democracy. For this reason, the legislature is the eyes, ears and mouth of the people, for they hear, see the problems of the people and speak on their behalf in parliament.

Targeted stakeholders will include: Heads of African national and sub-national Parliaments, Parliamentarians, House Clerks and Legislative institutions, among others.

In conclusion, the organizers will also be staging a maiden stakeholder engagement on inter-Parliamentary alignment of African and Canadian Female Parliamentarians under the aegis of “Forum of Canada-Africa Female Parliamentarians”.
