This is structured in fulfilling its numerous mandates, part of which is to promote the accelerated industry development for Africa and the UN Industrialization strategy for Africa. As a Group we are committed to the principles of corporate governance, capacity building, financial inclusion and technology solutions, etc.

Group Chief Executive Officer

The Group Chief Executive Officer (GCEO) is highest office in AI-Group. S/he is the chief executive officer of the group.

Board

As a pan-African Industry group, our workforce comprises of dedicated, smart and performance driven personnel heading its officers globally. We take into account a wide range of factors in our decision matrix on numerous issues in accordance with the Group’s strategic policy, mandates, rules of conducts and regulations on requirement, workflow, clientele and partners. Our smart-delivery strategy is determined by a board chaired by the Group CEO and supported by a specialized management board of Regional Chief Operating Officers (RCOOs) – who are the managing partners of the Group, the Managing Directors (MDs) and Associates Partners working the Management board on terms of reference basis. The Pan-African Board comprise of Board of Trustees, Management, Senior Partners (Managing Partners), Associates, Corporate Partners, Vendors and Lead Consultants. The global executive board’s decisions are guided by the recommendations of regional and country Board and several departments, directorates and consultancy annexes of AI-Group Inc.

Strategic Networking Partners/Country Offices

This comprises of sited country offices with a 15 to 300 personnel/resource strength of specialists working in all levels of divisional competences. The Group has an annual 20 (maximum) interns’ term, supporting the work (in specific assignments) of its offices per country.

Directorates

Each AI-Group’s Regional CEOs and Country Managing Directors are expected to coordinate designated departments, to be supervised by an appointed company secretary, who reports directly to the Group Chief Executive Officer (GCEO), and through Regional Chief Operating Officers. Heads or Directors of Directorates of Finance are required to prepare, and present regional/country annual programmes/activity plans, budget, and share advisory opinions where necessary to the GCEO through the Executive Director regional executive directors for approval/advice.

AI Group’s leadership team is comprised of a group of well-rounded individuals who come from diverse backgrounds and experiences; common to all is deep consulting expertise across various service sectors, as well as extensive educational experiences; all Partners hold advanced degrees from highly reputable institutions. We are a group of industrialists with extensive experience to service wide range of industries, along multi-sector platforms.
