The Consortium was formally established as an industry sector group in November 20th, 2018, as a global pan-African multi-industry management and business company to deliver top-level infrastructure consulting services, while support the facilitation of trade and commerce and minerals beneficiation.
Our core vision is the promotion of Africa industrial transformation and sustainable growth, enabling Africa businesses to access local and global market. In what became active through its African domestication, the AI-Group Inc./Holdings LTD is led by very experienced management board, partners, associates and consultants, who are focused in delivering top-notch services and value to numerous clients.
We are interested in Africa’s socio-economic transformation and commits to facilitate trade, intra-African innovation and competition through research and development programming. We also support robust linkage between corporate multinationals and small businesses on the continent, drawing among other things a large pool of investment participation from Africans in Diaspora.

Holding LTD is referring the development of sustainable infrastructure management, multi-sector investment strategy in general business automation, improvement of circular startup ecosystem, increased marketplace support and business development policy framework, empowered to regulate industrial, technology and corporate operations by providing governance guidance, and gauging performance of sector operators and stakeholders in Africa.
Our focus targets elimination of barriers relevant with the ease of doing business in Africa, leveraging technology solutions and innovations to close social and economic gaps associated with the challenge of industrializing Africa. With a strong and unflinching commitment to support pan-African investment in technology disruptions to inspire sector consolidation, our mandate is to facilitate corporate businesses – where they are in small, or high-end deals. We serious pursue that Africa leapfrog with the capacity to drive homegrown solution in manufacturing, from production to safeguard of critical and quality infrastructure to Africa’s supply chain development – unique to ‘Made in Africa’ driven by small business, as they grow into African corporates.
In two (2) years of our business commencement, informally, we have facilitated sizeable number of private industry sector partnership and bilateral businesses, with deal cuts. We have become, by our commitment and philosophy one of Africa’s rising industry sector facilitator and curator, inspired to drive innovation, inclusive prosperity, growth and sustainable development for industries in Africa.
As a pro-industry sector firm, we presently have over fifty (50) partners, associates, consultants and vendors – majoring in strategic advisory, research and development, engineering, construction, procurement and technology solution, trade/commerce, infrastructure and facility management, quality excellence and standard assurance. We have an African and Global presence in twenty (20) countries.
Our management board, trustees, partners, associates, consultants and vendors regularly meet and share perspectives to discuss and decide the firm’s guiding principles and business policies as it interfaces in areas such as; capacity building and policy gaps solutions, industry automated system building, investment, providing measurable services and empowering leadership guidance to critical multisector upgrades on the continent.
Our drive is to forge bilateral partnerships between small businesses and the African corporates, and to leverage private sector leadership to support public institutions.
