Carl Oshodi-Isibor is a seasoned professional with over 20 years’ experience in industry sector management. As the Group Chief Executive Officer of Africa Industrialization Group Inc. (AI-Group Inc.), Carl doubles as CEO/MD of Censored Consult LTD (an Asset management consulting firm covering Real Estate, Corporate Governance and procurement firm), President/CEO of African Industrialization Development LTD – a Subsidiary of AI-Group Inc. and President/CEO of ‘Imara Soko LTD’ (a Turn-Key technology solutions platform that provides market intelligence and business growth support to facilitate it clients) – a promoter of ‘Imara App’, ‘BuyAfrica Market’, ‘Made in Africa Brands’ and ‘Imara Market Place’ as its other subsidiary projects.
Carl’s areas of expertise include; corporate governance, critical project finance, business development, industry curation, infrastructure finance facilitation, sales force branding, green-field launch, mining and mineral sector investment.
Carl started as a consultant with Setin Nig. LTD, in 2001. Since then, Carl has demonstrated uncommon success at multiple sector management. He established his consulting firm – Carlotropics LTD in 2007, working with other firms that jointly established other AI-Group Holding LTD: a consortium of multi-sector investment and a subsidiary of AI-Group Inc.
In 2014 as a consultant, Carl was hired by Julius Obaseki – CEO/MD of ‘Safety 2000 LTD’ with a mission to position the firm’s personnel performance and human resources structure.
In 2017 Carl founded the African Youth Union Commission (AYUC) with 77 Youth leaders as co-founders. He served as its pioneer Chairperson from 2017 – 2020. He worked closely with AUDTI & AU-ECOSOCC as a leading Youth CSOs champion, supporting the African Union to frame the Youth-inclusion component of the AfCFTA.
Carl is the Founder/President of the African Institute for the Development of Infrastructure (AfIDI); Publisher of Africa Journals on Industry, Trade, Infrastructure & Minerals (AJITIM) – a bestselling multiple sector African Journal story.
Carl Oshodi-Isibor founded the African Industry Sector & Infrastructure Managers Association (AfISIMA) – an association of management practitioners, providing infrastructure services in Africa. Carl was appointed Vice President, Pan African Chamber of Commerce (PACC) in October 2020.
Carl holds BSc, MSc and PhD in Psychology, Policy & Strategic Studies, Infrastructure Management, Conflict Transformation; Industrial Management (PhD, 2022), a Lauda School of Leadership recipient – Jerusalem (2014).
Carl enjoys spending time with his family and his hobbies are Golfing, Sports and Reading.
