Africa Industrialization Group Incorporated (AI-Group Inc.), first registered in Canada (with incorporation No.: 1189362-0) and registered in Rwanda as an Industrial value chain development linkage firm to conducts industry specific consulting, management, investment and business solutions to promote African businesses. Hence, the AI-Group Inc./Holdings LTD is a specialized pan-African global network for diaspora industry champions, seek to rally and promote industrial development and environmental sustainability in Africa.
Registered in 2021, The African Critical Infrastructure and Industrial Management Group – a Daughter Consortium of the “African Industrialization Group Inc. (aka, AI-Group Inc./Holdings LTD)” was registered in December 2017. The firm is legally incorporated by the Canadian incorporation and companies acts in Oshawa, Ontario, with office situated at 117B -50 Richmond Street East, Oshawa, Ontario – L1G 7C7, Canada. It has a functional Offices in Nigeria and Rwanda. As a pro-industry consulting, investment and management firm; we presently have 10 industry sector partners on the continent and still expanding.
